Excellent opportunity for an experienced Software Engineer Team Lead to develop their career in a dynamic organisation
This highly successful company has an urgent need to expand its Software Development team to support the global demand for their software application.
You will be involved with all aspects of the software development life cycle, including requirements capture, design, implementation, testing and support and will assist Clients with proof of concept projects to help demonstrate the ultimate performance of the software product in customer environments.
Key responsibilities will include the design and development of key components for the Company’s product, ensuring quality initiative and process are followed throughout the development process, running benchmark analysis for the software, providing team lead and mentoring skills to other development team members and ensuring software is released on schedule to Clients.
Applicants will have a degree in a relevant discipline and have a minimum of 5 years programming experience in one or more of the following languages:- C, C++ and C#. Previous experience of leading a development team is essential. Extensive experience of TCP/IP network programming is also essential. Linux and GUI programming experience would be advantageous along with Protocol interception.
