This service enables clients to access candidates already identified by LMC. These candidates will be actively seeking alternative career options and will have been through some of our preliminary procedures. If suitable candidates are available you will be able to access thier details immediately. If not, LMC would recommend supporting this by an industry search or an advertised and search and selection option.
